I'm Marco. I grew up in a small village in Germany — the kind of place where you know everyone and nobody teaches you how to talk to women.

I wasn't a natural. So I did the only thing I knew: I treated it like a craft. For over ten years I kept every conversation, compared what worked and what didn't, and slowly cut everything that failed. Through moves across Germany, the US and Latin America, that became more than 2,000 real conversations in three languages.
